Overview
Restoration Ranch Colorado
This idyllic property is the perfect place to get away for reflection, relaxation, and recreation. At an altitude above 8,000 feet and just 45 minutes from Denver, the Ranch is secluded but easy to access. Come for a cup of coffee, a day, or several days. There is no cost to our stakeholder groups – dispatchers, LEOs, fire/EMS, emergency and ICU department personnel, members of the judiciary, and their families. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.

40 beautiful acres with pine and aspen trees, large rock outcroppings, and open meadows
Gourmet kitchen
Priority reservations given to those involved in critical incidents.
The kitchen is well stocked with basic staples (flour, sugar, oil, coffee, tea, basic spices, etc) as well as pots, pans, and utensils.
Self-directed activities including snow shoeing and sledding in the winter. Hiking, hammock lounging, and geo caching in the summer. Cable TV and internet provided (although at slower speeds).
The Ranch and facilities are also ideal for team building exercises, small retreats, debriefings, and other agency gatherings. Agencies are asked to make a tax-deductible donation for such events.

FAQs
Who can come?
Dispatchers, LEOs, fire/EMS, emergency and ICU department personnel, members of the judiciary, and their families.
Who will be there?
We do our best to ensure no one else is visiting the Ranch during your stay. If there is an activity scheduled during the time you request a reservation, you will be notified of the event and how many are expected to attend. However, no other guests will share the main lodge accommodations with you. A Ranch caretaker is always onsite during your visit.
What is provided?
The house is fully furnished. All household amenities and linens are provided.
How many people may come with me?
We currently can accommodate a maximum of six people for overnight stays. If your group is larger than six, contact us to see if we can accommodate you. Day visits are more flexible, but capacity should be discussed when you make your reservation.
May I bring my dog or other pet?
No pets are allowed. The Ranch does have a dog on site.
May I bring alcohol?
Alcohol is prohibited unless it is provided by the Ranch at a Ranch event.
What about wildlife?
Moose, bear, elk, wild turkeys, a variety of seasonal birds, deer, and black fox have been seen on the property. There have been no mountain lion sightings, but they are known to be in the area.
What about cell phone service and internet?
Cell phone service is spotty at best. The Ranch does have land lines. There is satellite-based internet and TV but speeds are likely to be less than what you are used to.
